About Chris Trout
For five decades, Chris has worked at the intersection of self-perception, personal transformation, and leadership. He has developed innovative approaches with developmentally challenged children, teens facing adversity, families in crisis, professionals in transition, and business and nonprofit leaders.
Throughout this diverse and fascinating journey, he has been sought after as an inspired speaker, trainer, and founder — one who has repeatedly helped organizations reimagine what’s possible. An innovator and creator by nature, his work has always focused on transformation and real-world impact.
Since stepping onto the national stage in 2005, he has shared his message with diverse audiences ranging from educators in inner-city Los Angeles to mentors in rural Canada and business professionals in Europe. His writings extended that reach globally, engaging readers from New Zealand to South Africa.
His greatest teachers have been an endless stream of resilient individuals who have faced adversity and not only survived, but thrived. The profound lessons they offered have application across the full spectrum of human experience, from leadership to relationships, parenting to personal growth.
As a thought-partner, writer, and keynote speaker, Chris now brings this wisdom to his work with progressive leaders and other self-aware professionals who are striving to live, love, and lead with greater courage, insight, and impact.
